Rum and raisin cupcakes

Rum and raisin is our favourite ..
There's a place back home in bali that do a really good rum and raisin milk shake ... me and hubby always thought that they put quite amount of rum inside it ;-) ...
This time i made rum raisin cupcake to bring back our memory to that favourite milkshake place .....



Rum and raisin cupcake recipe :

125 gr butter (soften)
125 gr brown sugar ( i use 110 gr)
125 self raising flour
2 med eggs
2 tbs rum
100 gr raisins ...

mix butter and sugar till fluffy ,add egg and rum, then flour and raisin

makes 12 standard size cupcakes

for topping im using buttercream with additional rum :D
