Sugar pastillage recipe

This recipe i got it from one of my friends (mbak iis) ... we were trying out the recipe last saturday ...

Sugar Pastillage -The recipe :



Ingredients: 20 gr gelatine powder

120 gr water

60 gr lemon juice

10 gr Cream Of Tar Tar (optional )

1100 gr Icing Sugar

200 gr Cornstarch



Directions:

dissolve gelatin in water, then use double boiler (au bain marie) method. Once it melted add lemon juice and whisk.

put into the mixing bowl add icing sugar and cornstarch and mix on low speed until homogen or around 7 minutes.

the dough is ready to use . sprinkle cornstarch to prevent sticking while you're working with the dough and always cover it as it tends to get dry very easy ...
