Swiss Roll - Cosmetic bag


made this one for my dear daughter's bday ... family's favorite cake .. Swiss roll wrap up in fondant ...all is edible except the board of course he he he ... Recipe from NCC (thanks :)) 

 Swiss Roll recipe (Bolu Gulung - NCC )

15 egg yolk ( yup  a lot !!! )

150 g castor sugar
75 g flour
175 g butter
 

  1. Mix yolk with the sugar, shift flour and add it in  
  2. Add in butter , mix in well  
  3. bake it in swiss roll pan  24x24 cm or 25x35 cm,   .. for 14 mins 180°
  4. When it's done turn it over, spread strawberry jam and roll it and cool it down in the fridge ...
