Day 1 - Cake decorating course

Last year i can count with my single hand the times that i baked a cake ... (nevermind decorating it :D).. Custard and spray whipped cream were the only thing..

First day on the course , i learnt how to make buttercream , the consistency and how to frost a cake ....went home and tried to do it myself :D .. frosting the cake was not so much a problem ... i just followed how the instructor told us to do , the result was ok lah .. but the problem ... i dont know how to use all those decorating tip .haven't learnt that far yet ha ha ...so here's the pic of the cake :D... as you can see all the flower.. mm wait ...or ...was is a star he he ... were all pointy.... !!
